To understand this case: An illegal alien in the USA named Samantha Lowry got pregnant in England and claimed the father was Daniel Pavon who lived in Texas. Samantha moved to Texas and 8 months later, been unmarried and living apart, a trip was planned to Mexico.
Daniel and the baby left to Mexico and Samantha was to arrive three days later, but did not and she started to make impossible Daniel and Seb return.
Then within 88 days Samantha with a large professional network and influences steals all the property of Daniel and his elderly parents.
A settlement agreement was reached under the treaty of the Hague Convention, but Samantha kidnap the baby with her boyfriend Tristan Nind and before the DNA requested took place.
This includes the largest collection of art ever stolen, and also includes murder (Once the father of Daniel sued Samantha he was murdered the day of his scheduled deposition against them).
This case has exposed a large criminal organization on child and elderly exploitation.
